About Me
Laurel is a third year dietetics student at the University of Georgia. She plans to graduate with her Bachelor of Dietetics and a Masters of Nutritional Sciences. She grew up in Dalton, GA and attended Dalton High School. As a former athlete she strives to inform people on the importance of nutrition so that we may all take care of ourselves and those around us!
Laurel knew she waned to help people in the health field since she was younger. Her goals altered throughout the years, but she landed on dietetics in her second year of college. After taking a nutrition class that changed the way she ate, she determined that this was information that she wanted to share with the world. The more nutrition classes she took in college only solidified her love for dietetics.
